By implementing a network of local chapters, the FAMB is a trade organization with far reaching effects throughout Florida. FAMB is actively involved in the community by making donations and volunteering their time to various organizations. Additionally, FAMB helps protect the mortgage industry by monitoring new laws or bills waiting to pass in Congress. By raising money for PAC through fundraisers and membership contributions, support is offered for legislative candidates who are sympathetic to the mortgage profession, regardless of their political affiliation.
